Should you receive an item that is the wrong color or size than the one you originally ordered, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours of receipt.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to neglect, misuse, or wear and tear of products by user. All our products do have manufacturer warranties that vary after our 30 day policy. Please contact your product's manufacturer after that time frame for repair or replacement.
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you would like to cancel your order. However, once the order has been processed we cannot cancel.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. Powrdeals reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and/or contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank and posting times vary among different banks and credit card issuers.
